All Dancewear locations are open to the public Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11AM - 6PM and Saturday 10AM - 4PM.
If you'd prefer to book a private in store shopping appointment please click the link below for available times to do so outside of the public hours.
In an effort to keep our customers, staff and community safe, Dancewear will be offering shopping appointments for those who'd prefer a personal experience. We want all our customers to be able to shop freely and comfortably. Limiting our public hours and opening days for appointment only shopping will allow us to provide the same great customer service you have come to know and expect. Please review the following to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
We ask that each appointment be limited to individuals within the same "bubble". One guardian per dancer is ideal but we understand this can be difficult for some. Please limit the amount of people brought into your appointment as much as possible.
Masks are mandatory as per the Niagara Regions by law. To reduce waste, please bring your own mask. If you do not have your own upon arrival we are happy to provide a disposable mask for you to wear during your visit.
We will provide hand sanitizer for all customers to use when they enter and exit the building.
Thorough cleaning will be done between each appointment. We are limiting time to 45 minutes per visit to enable ample time for sanitization between guests.
Washrooms will be closed to the public.
Contactless payment is encouraged. Please refrain from cash use if at all possible.
If coming in for shoes, we suggest bringing your own tights to wear during the fittings.
Any products that are tried on, returned or exchanged will be subject to a 48 hour quarantine.
If we have missed any precautionary measures that are important to you or your dancer please let us know prior to your appointment and we will do our very best to help out!
