Please check product descriptions for potential wait times as not all items are kept in stock. If your item(s) are required by a specific date, contact us directly prior to placing your order.
To ensure payment security, your payment will be processed by a third party at the time your order is placed. Any additions to the original order once processed are not possible and must be processed as a new, seperate order.
Orders will normally be ready to ship out 2-7 business days after the order is placed unless otherwise stated on product page. You will be contacted through email if any items are currently unavailable or cannot ship out within the normal processing time. Please see our shipping policies for standard delivery times to your area.

Returns/Exchanges: All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Items can be returned to: Dancewear Online 11 Balfour St. St Catharines, ON L2R 2G4. Returns must be sent through Canada Post/USPS and must be approved by Dancewear Online before accepted. Please include a copy of your original order reciept with the reason for your return. You will be refunded for the item/s once they are received at the return address. Returns/refunds for online purchases cannot be processed in store. If you'd like to arrange a drop off at one of our locations to avoid return shipping costs please call or email so we can set up a refund through our online processor. If you are looking to do an exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can set up a shipping invoice for the exchanged item to be sent out upon arrival of the return.

What types of payments are accepted?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Debit and Canadian cash.
What are the stores return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges in-store can be accepted before 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags attached and in the original box/packaging that you received it. Original receipt/order invoice must be available in hard copy or on your customer account. If you do not have a customer account, returns will not be accepted without original proof of payment.

What is not eligible for return/exchange?
Several products are exempt from being returned. Any products purchased from the following collections are not eligible for return:
Cosmetics & Lashes; Aides & Adhesives; Hair Essentials; Everything Rhinestone; Undergarments; Clearance; Gift cards; Special orders; Custom orders
Certain restrictions apply to tights. Tights must be in their original package, unopened, in order to be eligible for return or exchange. Any packages that have been opened will not be accepted.
Prices online and in-store the same?
Yes they are!
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
How do I know my size?
Each item will have a Sizing Chart linked for that item. These size charts are manufactured size recommendations. If you would like any help with sizing, contact us!
How can I tell what is in stock?
When you are in the items you are looking to purchase with the colour, size and width selected the add to cart button will appear. If the item is out of stock, a sold out indicator will be shown on the picture.
What is Pre-order?
Pre-order is the ability to order an item that we regularly keep in stock, but may be out off stock at the time of order.
Can I order something that is not on the website?
Yes you can! We are able to order other products from our suppliers. Please send us an email and let us know what you would like to order!
Can I pick up my order in store?

What form of payments do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal. All payments processed are safe and secure.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order please contact us immediately. If your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel your order. If this is the case, you will need to follow our return policy to return your items.
Can I use my store credit towards an online purchase?
Unfortunately, at this time, all store credits have to be used in one of our three stores.
What is required to process an exchange/refund?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags attached and in the original box/packaging that you received it. Original receipt/order invoice must be available in hard copy or on your customer account. If you do not have a customer account, returns will not be accepted without original proof of payment.
Can I return/exchange my online order in store?
Yes you can! All orders from online can be returned at any of our three locations. If you are looking to exchange an item, the process can be done at the terminals in the store. For returns with refund, the items can be brought to the stores. Once the items are received, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment through our online system.
How quickly will I get a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
What are the shipping options?
All online orders are shipped by Canada Post.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped complete. Shipping speed does not include processing time. Online inventory is a combination of all Dancewear locations, therefore, processing times will vary. If you need your items within a specific time range please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
If you place an order with both in stock and pre-ordered items it will be held until all items are available. If you are needing the order to split into separate shipments, please contact us. Additional shipping charges will apply.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
A confirmation email will be sent to the email you have provided. A tracking number will be included in that email so you may monitor the progress of the package. If you would like to monitor the package, please visit www.canadapost.ca
How much is shipping?
Canadian Shipping – A flat rate shipping fee of $16.95CAD will be subject to all Canadian orders. If your orders total is over $100.00, you are subject to FREE SHIPPING!
Continental USA Shipping – A flat rate shipping fee of $19.95CAD will be subject to all Continental USA Shipping.

How long will shipping take?
Shipping time will vary depending on where the package is being delivered.
For our US customers, we do not have any control on the shipping times as the shipments have to go through Canada customs.
Do I have to be home to receive the shipment?
You do not. Canada Post will leave your package at your door.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes we can!
If I have to ship my items back for return, do I have you pay shipping fee?
All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders will be shipped out of our St. Catharines location - 11 Balfour Street, St. Catharines, ON L2G 2G4
GIFT CARDS & E-GIFT CERTIFICATES
Can I redeem in store gift cards online?
Any gift cards purchased in store may only be redeemed in store at our three locations.
Can I redeem online e-gift certificates in store?
E-gift certificates can only be redeemed at our online store.
