Shipping/Handling
Free in store pick up is available on all orders, at all Dancewear retail locations, during regular business hours. No minimums, no charge.
Local Delivery - Eligibility for local delivery is dependant on the postal code of your delivery. Qualifying orders will have the local delivery option appear during the shipping phase of checkout. Orders being delivered to your home by us will be left in a mailbox (if able), or at your front door/on a front porch. You will receive an email when your order has been delivered. Local delivery typically takes anywhere from 1-3 business days, depending on your postal code. Please feel free to contact us if you need your order within a certain timeframe. Order over $100 will qualify for Free Local Delivery. Orders from $0-$50 will be subject to a $7.99 delivery charge and those orders between $50 and $100 will be charged $5.99.
Canadian Shipping - FREE SHIPPING offered on all Canadian orders over $150.00.
All Canadian orders under $150 are subject to shipping costs. Prices are automatically calculated by Canada Post with respect to the size, weight and destination of the package. All parcels are insured and trackable. Tracking information will be sent via email upon shipment of your order.
Continental USA Shipping
All orders sent into the Continental USA are subject to shipping costs.
Prices are automatically calculated by Canada Post with respect to the size, weight and destination of the package. Tracking information will be sent via email upon shipment of your order. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Due to brand distribution agreements, Bloch, Mirella, and So Danca products cannot be shipped outside of Canada.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Pre-Ordered Items
All orders will ship complete. If your order has both in stock and pre-ordered items it will be held until all items are available. If you are needing the order to split into separate shipments, please contact us. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Processing Time
Shipping speed does not include processing time. Online inventory is a combination of all Dancewear locations, therefore, processing times will vary. If you need your items within a specific time range please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Schedule
Shipping is available during regular business hours. Canada Post does not offer shipping on weekends or holidays. If you require services outside of what is offered with Canada Post, please contact us by email.
Damaged Goods
If you believe your package was damaged during transport, please contact us immediately. Photos of packaging and products are required. Please send all required information to help@dancewearonline.com.
Oversized Shipping
Specific products are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping for specialty, oversized items will be calculated by size, weight and destination and invoiced separately. For inquiries on oversized items please email help@dancewearonline.com.
