Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days.

In Store - 30 days from the date of your original purchase.
Online - 30 days from the date your order is marked delivered by Canada Post.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Speak with management about store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags attached and in the original box/packaging that you received it. Original receipt/order invoice must be available in hard copy or on your customer account. If you do not have a customer account, returns will not be accepted without original proof of payment.

Several products are exempt from being returned. Any products purchased from the following collections are not eligible for return:

Cosmetics & Lashes
Aides & Adhesives
Hair Essentials
Everything Rhinestone
Undergarments
Clearance
Gift cards

Tights must be in their original package, unopened, in order to be eligible for return or exchange. Any packages that have been opened will not be accepted.

Any special or custom orders are Final Sale. Any product that is specially ordered or custom made cannot be returned. No exceptions.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you believe your item to be defective or you are unsatisfied with the product in any way, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank and/or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@dancewearonline.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. Any product purchased during a special event, promotion or at any discounted rate is not eligible for return. If you are looking to exchange an item that you originally purchased at a discounted rate, you will be required to pay the difference in price. Discounted prices will not be honoured on any dates other than what is advertised for each promotion.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We encourage you to use a trackable and insured shipping method as we will not be held responsible for any lost items. No refund will be given until product is received. Returns sent C.O.D. or with any duties owing will not be accepted.
